The hotel entrance is at 18 Timothy Lane, accessible by foot only. Check-in and reception are located on Level 6.
Pets are not permitted at the hotel, restaurant or in guest rooms. Service animals are welcome, provided the appropriate documentation can be presented upon request.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate booked.
- Non-refundable rates: Cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Flexible rates: Can be cancelled for a full refund up until 6:00 PM (local hotel time) the day before your check-in date.
- Late cancellations: Cancelling after 6:00 PM the day before check-in, or failing to arrive, will result in a charge of one night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply.
- Early departure: If you do not contact the hotel or arrive before the check-out time after the first night of your reservation, the remaining nights of your reservation will be cancelled.
