The hotel entrance is at 18 Timothy Lane, accessible by foot only. Check-in and reception are located on Level 6.
If you’re arriving by car and using valet parking, set your destination to 374 Lonsdale Street and follow the ramp beneath the voco signage. Once you arrive, simply call the number displayed at the gates and our team will assist you from there.
There are several parking facilities close to the hotel, including:
- Melbourne Central Shopping Centre
- Wilson Parking, 312 Lonsdale Street
- Wilson Parking, 300 La Trobe Street

We don’t offer a private chauffeur or airport pick-up service. Taxis and rideshare services are available from Melbourne Airport, or take the SkyBus to Southern Cross and connect with a tram through the Free Tram Zone to the hotel.
